Wieland is hiring a Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep will be responsible for assisting customers in quoting and fulfilling orders from baseline stock to specialty items.

This role is located in Roseville, MI at Wieland National Bronze and will be fully on-site. 

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Quoting and order processing of customer requests
• Enters customer purchase orders
• Completes credit card purchases
• Matches paperwork for all shipments and presents to A/R for processing
• Corrects returns for credit shipments
• Responsible for processing metal service center quotes as assigned
• Works with machine center department for cycle times to use for quotes as assigned
• Technical representative for special bushings
• Assist in purchasing with metal service center orders, specialty material needed for orders and inventory including but not limited to standard cast bushing and powered metal part inventory
• All other duties assigned

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Ability to use computer including but not limited to Microsoft suite and HubSpot
• Excellent verbal and email communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Ability to exercise good judgement in prioritizing tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to give written and verbal instructions to the customer (inside and outside)
• Ability to have many tasks at different levels of completion during a day
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills a must
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn the technical capabilities of the products and parts
• Occasional lifting and carrying not to exceed 20 lbs.
