Wieland is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst – SAP Systems, Foundry. The Supply Chain Analyst – SAP Systems, Foundry will Serve as the SAP super-user for raw material receiving, sales, tolling and procure-to-pay processes and provide support for SAP foundry planning processes.  Collaborate within the supply chain group and with operations and IT personnel to problem-solve systems issues and optimize SAP business processes.  Provide SAP data analytics to assist with optimization and reporting of supply chain metrics. This role is located in East Alton, IL and will be fully on-site. 

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.

Supply Chain Analyst – SAP Systems, Foundry Responsibilities:

• Create & maintain work instructions for all Transportation Management, IT-Metal and Planning processes that are required to execute daily business for the foundry. Support users in the day-to-day execution of these processes.
• Be the primary point of contact between IT and the user for any IT-Metal and Transportation Management transactional or process failures. Create and maintain a reference document of errors, issues and solutions.
• Develop an understanding of master data needed to support foundry processes and be the primary point of contact for foundry master data creation and updates.
• Execute weekly/monthly reports related to receiving, tolling and material consumption and provide supporting analysis as required.
• Assist in the execution of daily transactions
• Support others in the Planning & Supply Chain team as back-up and for special projects as assigned by leader.

Supply Chain Analyst – SAP Systems, Foundry Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing; purchasing, sales or logistics experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP; Transportation Management knowledge preferred
• Superior coordination, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to form alliances and work across all functional areas of the company
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
