Wieland is hiring Material Handlers - Shipping. The Material Handler will be responsible for picking, stages, loading/unloading shipments. This role is located in Pine Hall, NC and will be fully on-site. 

Starting Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift 

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Material Handler Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment, including crane and forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Communicate with truck drivers, security, and shipping personnel.
• Must be able to read pick lists, and correctly pick corresponding material for shipment
• Must maintain a neat and orderly dock and workspace. 

Material Handler Qualifications:

• Must have driving and material handling equipment skills regarding Cranes and Forklifts.
• Must have the ability to maintain strong coummunication with team members, interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess critical thinking skills regarding material, staging, and loading.
• Must be able to work a second shift, 3pm - 11:30pm schedule.
• Flexiblity with work schedule, including occassionally working overtime, holidays, and weekends.
