The position will carry out responsibilities including: labor relations, reporting, hourly recruitment activities, policy administration, training, and other HR processes.Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:- Responsible for tracking and reporting weekly, Union overtime equalization- Tracks attendance and leaves of absence; coordinates with the Leave Management team- Serves as the lead HRIS administrator, maintaining and updating system changes including pay progressions, job bid and shift changes.
