The primary focus of this role is to Manage the daily activities of the Inventory Control Team.  Works closely with Purchasing and Operations management to identify process improvements and resolve issues impacting performance Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision- Manage receiving, warehousing and disbursement activities within the manufacturing environment- Identifies and resolves problems creating discrepancies- Develop processes and procedures to effectively manage work within the warehouse and improve the supply chain- Determine adequate stock levels and when to replenish- Manage inventory counts to verify and reconcile with accounting and inventory records- Produce reports and statistics regularly to support analysis of inventory levels and logistics- Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing MRO material shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current- Maintain security of the warehouse, loading dock and surrounding area to prevent theft- Ensure items are stored in safe appropriate locations- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system- Participate in the development/implementation of Inventory Control procedures- Lead and participate in the integration of new technologies and continuous improvement events- Inspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
